Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Julie Lopez purchase, we will be happy to accept your merchandise for a full refund within 14 business days of your receipt of the product.

Please email customercare@julielopezshoes.com to explain the reason for your return and request a prepaid return shipping label be emailed to you.

Your refund will be your purchase total, minus any expedited shipping costs, and a $7.95 restocking fee. Allow 30 days for this credit to appear on the statement associated with the card you made the original purchase with.

Merchandise Refund Policy:

Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories. Julie Lopez has the right to deny refunds for any returned merchandise that does not comply with this policy. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you test fit your shoes on a carpeted floor so that if a return is necessary there will not be any damage or soiling to the soles of the shoes.

Julie Lopez does not have an exchange policy associated with returns. However, please reorder your desired product online and, as always, expect our free ground shipping on all of your subsequent orders.
